- Booking confirmation for departing or arriving flights. It’s only possible to apply for the Check Mig if you travel by air, not by land or sea
- Address, city and phone number for your accommodation in Colombia
- If your nationality requires it, an approved visa for Colombia
- Bank card to pay for the fees
- Email address to receive the approved document
