Requirements for Zambia Visa

To obtain a Zambia visa, you will need to prepare the following:

- A copy of your valid passport
- A recent personal photograph
- A letter of introduction to the Director General of Immigration explaining your reason for travelling to Zambia
- A copy of your plane tickets
- A hotel reservation or similar
- An email address to receive the visa
- A bank card to pay

To get a business visa, you will also need:

- A letter of invitation from the company in Zambia
- A certified photocopy of the Zambian company's constitution

Your stay duration depends on the type of visa you choose. On one hand, we have the visa types that allow you to stay 90 days starting from the date of approval, which are: the tourist visa, the double entry tourist visa, the multiple entry tourist visa, the business visa and the visa KAZA TFCA.

The eVisa Tourist, or electronic tourist visa for Zambia, allows a maximum stay in the country of 90 days. It can be applied for as a single-entry, double-entry or multiple-entry visa, depending on your needs.

The eVisa Business or Electronic Business Zambia visa allows a maximum stay in the country of 30 days. It can be applied for a single-entry, double-entry or multiple-entry visa, depending on your needs.

The eVisa Transit, or Electronic Transit or Stopover Visa for Zambia, allows a maximum stay in the country of 7 days.

The KAZA TFCA, or KAZA e-Visa, allows you to visit Zambia and Zimbabwe with a single visa and a maximum stay of 30 days. The KAZA visa also allows you to go to Botswana, but you must return to Zambia or Zimbabwe the same day.
