If your visa expires then you must apply for a new one. If you are still in the country, make sure to depart as soon as possible since you risk deportation and being banned from entering ever again.

Yes. It is possible to extend your eVisa, as long as you do it before it expires, at the Residences Department at the Royal Oman Police.
Can the Oman eVisa be changed once it has been processed?
Once the eVisa has been processed and approved it cannot be changed. If you need to update or modify any information, then you must apply for a new one.
Do I need a transit visa to stop in Oman?
If your layover is less than 6 hours and you remain within the airport’s international transit area and have a confirmed onward ticket, then you do not need a visa. In any other case, you must apply for one.
