Yes, it's necessary to get a Kenya visa for Indian citizens.

To get the eVisa they will need a scanned color copy of your passport's first and last pages, a scanned recent color passport-size photograph with a white background, a confirmed return flight ticket, a hotel booking or an invitation letter, a travel itinerary and a Health Declaration Form.

How is the application process for a Kenya visa for Indian citizens? 

Fulfilling the Kenya visa requirements for Indian citizens is very simple. All you have to do is go to the visa section of Visagov by clicking on "Choose a visa", select Kenya and choose the visa that best suits your trip.

Once selected, you will have to fill in the fields with your details as they appear on your travelling documents and, once you have made the payment, you will only have to wait approximately 48 hours to have your visa approved. You will receive your visa in your email address.

Are vaccines required to travel to Kenya from India? 

The yellow fever is the only mandatory vaccine mentioned in the Kenya visa requirements for Indian citizens. This is a requisite if you have recently visited countries with a high risk of transmission and if you are a traveller returning from Kenya to India. Other vaccinations to consider are Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Cholera and Typhoid.

With COVID-19 still being present, it is worth stating that if you are fully vaccinated then you are exempted from taking the PCR test as part of the Kenya visa requirements for Indian citizens.
