How the K-ETA differs from regular visas
The K-ETA is not a visa: it is an electronic travel authorization or eTA.
Its main advantage over traditional visas is the application process: it is faster, simpler and it can be done from anywhere in the world. It also eliminates the need of standing in line, sometimes for hours, at the embassy.
