There are 45 nationalities that are exempt from applying for a visa to travel to Armenia for tourism. Citizens of European countries, the United States and the United Arab Emirates are amongst those exempted from visa requirements. All other nationalities must apply before travelling to Armenia.

Each traveller will be assessed individually on arrival by the relevant immigration officer, and in the case that you have lied or omitted important information that could pose a threat to the country's security or national interests, your entry will be refused.
